Refund policy
We want customers to be happy with every UPOP STATIONERY order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
Eligible approved returns must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging where possible. Because many products are small toys, gifts, and assorted items, opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless there is a quality issue.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product defect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Final-sale, clearance, customized, hygiene-sensitive, or mystery assortment items may not be returnable unless damaged or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our mistake.
